If a report shows completed but does not download or open as expected, the issue may relate to account access, browser behaviour, file handling or temporary report availability. This guide explains what to check first.

Check whether the report is completed

Before troubleshooting downloads, confirm the report status shows completed. If the report is still queued or processing, it may not yet be available to download. Review the report status guide first if you are unsure.

Refresh and check account access

If the report is completed but not appearing correctly, refresh the page, sign out and sign back in, then check whether the report is visible again. Some access issues may be temporary account-session issues rather than report problems.

Check browser and file handling

Sometimes the report is available but the browser blocks the download, opens it in a separate tab or saves it automatically to a downloads folder the user does not notice. Check browser behaviour before assuming the report failed.

If the report opens but seems incomplete

If the report opens but looks incomplete, confirm the related analysis actually finished and refresh once more. If the issue continues, contact support and describe what appears missing.
