Individual vs Institutional Pricing
Individual users can purchase credit-based access for available checks. Institutional pricing supports approved supervisor, teacher and connected student workflows with account controls configured during onboarding.
Credit and Per-File Submission Models
Credit accounts deduct credits according to the selected check and applicable usage rules. Approved per-file accounts deduct one submission for the combined check regardless of document length within that account's enabled limit.
Configurable Plagiarism Search Coverage
Plagiarism search coverage depends on account permissions and selected workflow. Connected institutional accounts inherit applicable settings from their supervisor or teacher structure.
Teacher and Supervisor Accounts
Institutional roles are activated through approved account workflows. Supervisors and teachers can manage connected users and submissions only within the permissions granted to their accounts.
What affects document-check usage
Usage depends on the selected AI, plagiarism or combined workflow, document length, enabled upload limit and account configuration. The application confirms available limits before a submission is accepted.
Institutional permissions and larger documents
Teacher and supervisor accounts can inherit settings across connected users. Administrators may enable separate AI, plagiarism and combined checks, larger word or file limits, QR verification and thesis workflows where separately approved.
Requesting institutional, API or LTI access
Institutional features are not activated automatically by creating an individual account. Organisations can contact WordBinary with their expected users, document volumes, repository requirements and integration needs. API credentials and LTI registrations are issued only through approved administrative onboarding.
