WordBinary Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WordBinary handles account information, uploaded files, generated reports and authorised repository submissions.
Uploaded Files
Uploaded source files are automatically deleted within seven days under the standard retention process, excluding authorised CMS and repository-import working areas.
Generated Reports
Reports for standard individual accounts are retained for 60 days. Reports for institutional supervisor, teacher and connected accounts are retained for two years unless an authorised early-deletion request applies.
Repository Submissions
Authorised repository submissions are retained until deletion is separately requested by authorised institutional personnel or another applicable repository rule requires removal.
